Very helpful and cute staff. The rooms are comfortable and have all the necessary amenities, including a minibar. The location is convenient, with key attractions within walking distance.
The lighting in the rooms could be improved, especially in the bathroom. The immediate surroundings of the hotel may appear a bit shabby, but still felt safe.

The Intercity Sao Paulo Ibirapuera was a great hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. The staff spoke English and were friendly and professional. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Sao Paulo! The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the great location in front of a busy public transit stop in the Ibirapuera area. We also loved the delicious breakfast and the friendly staff.

I recently stayed at a hotel here and I have to say, I was impressed. The location is perfect - near a beautiful park and with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The staff was extremely friendly and was focused on giving you superb service. The room amenities were fantastic, with everything from an iron and ironing board to air conditioning and a mini-bar. Breakfast was delicious and included a wide variety of options. There's also a lovely outdoor swimming pool and fitness center to enjoy.
I would highly recommend this venue to anyone visiting the area, whether for business or pleasure.

My recent stay at the Intercity was great. The location was convenient, just a few minutes' walk from Ibirapuera mall. The room was modern, clean, and the bed was super comfy. The breakfast was delicious, especially the Pan Preto. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
